Abhinav P Jain (Founder)

Abhinav, had done the studies from The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He is the Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a post graduate in Finance and Management is the founder of A P Jain & Company.

He has also served as a Vice-President of Central India Chartered Accountants Student Association (CICASA) of Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of Agra of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He is having more than a decade of experience in wide spectrum of corporate functions such as Taxation, Secretarial, Finance, Accounts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), HR and Administration, Fund Raising, Project Financing etc.

He is practicing as the Corporate Advisor and Financial Consultant with approx. a decade of experience and he is designated as Corporate and Financial Advisor for many renowned corporates, Social enterprises and NGOs.
